SEO Rate Cards
SEO continues to be a high priority for Bankrate. We used this opportunity to lean into Bankrate’s expertise and redesign our rate cards to include more information that is helpful to the user. Leaning into user testing, we identified key areas that users find essential: pros and cons, editor’s take, and expanded details.

With an accordion treatment instead of our modal, we can showcase more valuable information within a click. We pull information from our reviews to give users a clearer snapshot of the product they are interested in, with links to our full review if they wish to get the full scoop on the institution as a whole.

Easier to compare.
Instead of hiding the rate table when a user opens a modal, the accordion allows for users to have more info cards open at once. This is one step towards a fuller compare experience that users have identified as a key feature they want when looking for a new account.
